| Why stay in a villa |
|
In Fiji you stay in bures and in the Maldives it's over-water bungalows but in Bali, the stylish choice is villas: privately owned, stand-alone. Your own private butler and chef is the standard - while Chauffeured vehicles, nannies and masseurs are a phone call away.
There's been a large burst of new villas all over the island, fuelled by investor confidence in Bali (voted worlds best island by Travel and Leisure magazine 7 years consecutively no doubt the next 7). What differentiate a villa stay from holidaying in resorts or hotels is space, privacy and exclusivity. There's no fight for the best sun lounge, no need to share your pool with other guests and you can more or less set your own timetable: what you'd like for breakfast and when, what type of cuisine you'd like your chef to prepare and when you'd like to go shopping. If you want to have dinner at 9pm by the pool after you've put the children to bed, villa staff are more than happy to accommodate and the price tag is less than the resorts. We've scoured the island and found a selection of outstanding villas in which to drape yourself on a day bed, gaze into the distance and sip a mojito by your own private pool amid tropical glamour with your favorite people. Decide on your budget and location: beach, rice fields, mountain or city? It's all here. You can peruse the locations section to get a better understanding of each area on the island. Then the next step is to determine what villa size you need: a romantic one-bedroom villa for two. A four-bedroom villa to share with friends or another family, or a group of villas close together to suit a wedding or any other event you plan to stage in Bali. We will always be happy to accommodate your needs if you have any enquiries to make your decision the right one. One thing also to keep in mind if you are considering sharing the villa with a group or another family is to split your desired villa into rooms. Eg, The four bedroom Villa Sarsana (owned by a Malaysian prince) is $450++ per night low season. If you split this villa into rooms it works out at $110 per room, which isn't much compared to what you pay in a city hotel nowadays. It also works out much cheaper than staying at 4-5 star hotels and you have your own private getaway. For a couple sharing this villa it works out to be $660 for a 6 night / 7 day stay. Don't forget villas, 5 star hotels, bars and restaurants in Bali charge ++ (a 15-20% VAT and service charge) as the standard. One advantage we have over many other villa agents is we know our properties. We have spent enough time in all of our properties to be able to purvey our own personal experience to help provide you with a more personal service. You will notice on our cover page we feature a new villa each month, based on our experience with photo's taken from a consumer camera to help you get the real inside view. If the villa isn't safe for your children because the pool is out of view from common areas, we will advise you something more suited to the dynamics of your group. If your worried about waiting in the long cues at Denpasar airport on arrival we can whisk you through like VIP's to make your holiday more carefree. All in all we hope to offer you the newest most luxurious properties with the best service to enhance you experience for your dream escape in Bali. browse villas |
